小學(xué)英語競選班長演講稿3分鐘（一）
Dear students:
Hello, everyone, my name is Xia Nan, is a versatile little girl, piano, chess, books, paintings, everything will be. I want to run for the monitor. Because I feel that I've had for four (12) class monitor, some experience, and I think as a monitor, there must be Zhu Geliang Zhang Fei's wit, brave, and Liu Bei thought, there is sense of responsibility! I can do it! I do all kinds of books, a Book of Li Kaifu's "world because of you" let me understand, only into the "Jungle", have a method to solve the problem. A set of "Ming Dynasty those things", let me understand, only efforts, "Zhu Yuanzhang" is Zhu Yuanzhang. A "Stuart Little" told me, only the courage to pursue love, to get Singford I was elected monitor after class toward a higher level! If I am elected monitor, I will put forward three requirements to the students:
1: I hope the students mind and body development, striving for "four good young".
2: I hope the students can try their best to the highest.
3: remember, friendship first! I believe in my leadership, students will become the wings of the eagle! Thank you!

大家好!我叫夏楠，是位多才多藝的小女孩，琴、棋、書、畫樣樣都會。我想競選班長。因為，我覺得我曾勝任過四(12)班的班長，有些經(jīng)驗，并且，我覺得作為班長，必須要有諸葛亮的才智，張飛的勇猛，和劉備的深思熟慮，還有，就是責(zé)任心!這些我都能做到!我包攬群書，一本李開復(fù)的《世界因你不同》讓我明白了，只有步入“叢林”，才有解決問題的方法。一套《明朝那些事兒》，讓我明白了，只有努力，“朱元璋”才是朱元璋。一本《精靈鼠小弟》告訴我，只有敢于追求心中的愛，才能得到幸福······我當(dāng)選了班長之后，班級一定能邁向更高的階梯!如果我當(dāng)選了班長，我會向同學(xué)們提出三點要求：
1：希望同學(xué)們德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展，爭做“四好少年”。
2：希望同學(xué)們能盡量將自己的優(yōu)點升到最高。
3：時刻記住，友誼第一!我堅信，在我的帶領(lǐng)下，同學(xué)們一定會成為展翅高飛的雄鷹!謝謝大家!

新的一學(xué)期已經(jīng)開始，我們進入了三年級的學(xué)習(xí)階段，隨之新學(xué)期的班長競選也開始了。
我在上學(xué)期的班干部工作中取得了一定的成績，得到了老師和同學(xué)們的信任與支持。但是，人并不是十全十美的，在平時的上課當(dāng)中，我有點不敢大膽舉手發(fā)言，總是膽小如鼠，很害怕會出錯，怕同學(xué)笑話。現(xiàn)在，我決定在新的學(xué)期里改掉這些毛病。爭做一名合格的、優(yōu)秀的班干部。
做一個合格的、優(yōu)秀的班干部，我想首先要思想好、學(xué)習(xí)好、身體好。在新的學(xué)期我如果能當(dāng)上班干部，我一定會用《小學(xué)生守則》嚴(yán)格要求自己行為規(guī)范，以身作則，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，上好每一堂課，爭做好事，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)做好本職工作，積極做好老師的小幫手、班委的小助手，如創(chuàng)造一個整潔優(yōu)美的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境做出自己的貢獻，讓我們的班級在新的一學(xué)期中更上一層樓。
