In order to achieve these goals and career, I have to do:
1, serious study. 經(jīng)過XX年那場(chǎng)緊張而沉重的無(wú)硝煙戰(zhàn)斗,我們邁著輕松而愉快的腳步步入大學(xué)的大門,相對(duì)于高中忙碌與嚴(yán)格的學(xué)習(xí),大學(xué)的豐富的課余時(shí)間與輕松的課程讓我開始迷茫,不知何去何從,有時(shí)就在想:“明天開始努力吧!”可每次醒來(lái)后卻不知如何努力,這時(shí),我需要職業(yè)計(jì)劃來(lái)指引我前進(jìn)方向。
確定努力的方向之前,首先應(yīng)該認(rèn)識(shí)自我,避免走錯(cuò)方向,通過360度評(píng)估,在父母眼里,我是個(gè)乖巧的的孩子;在老師眼里是個(gè)勤奮好學(xué)的學(xué)生與認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的班干;在同學(xué)眼里是個(gè)直率、活潑、樂于助人的伙伴;在鄰居眼里我是個(gè)勤勞懂事的人。我一個(gè)熱情開朗、外向坦率、執(zhí)著追夢(mèng)的女孩,以“陽(yáng)光總在風(fēng)雨后”為信條,在自己的人生道路上不斷地探索著。
“興趣是最好的老師”,我對(duì)這句話深有感觸。我最大的興趣就是運(yùn)動(dòng)。所有人對(duì)此都表示驚訝與懷疑,我依然堅(jiān)持自己的決定。經(jīng)過兩年的苦練,我成功的考入大學(xué)。所以面對(duì)職業(yè)選擇時(shí),應(yīng)先了解自己的興趣愛好。通過霍蘭德職業(yè)測(cè)評(píng)法,知道自己的職業(yè)興趣是sei型,喜歡社會(huì)溝通,管理事務(wù),研究探索。
綜合各種分析,我覺得自己更適合當(dāng)老師,考慮到自身情況,我想畢業(yè)后回到鄉(xiāng)下去當(dāng)一名體育老師。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們生活水平的提高,更多人意識(shí)到身體健康的重要性,并且最近國(guó)家提倡全民健身運(yùn)動(dòng),而對(duì)于那些想以后發(fā)展體育事業(yè)的孩子來(lái)說(shuō)應(yīng)從小培養(yǎng)。鄉(xiāng)下的體育設(shè)施幾乎沒有,除了中小學(xué)學(xué)校有幾個(gè)不規(guī)則的破籃球場(chǎng)和幾個(gè)水泥乒乓球桌,再無(wú)其他設(shè)施了。而鄉(xiāng)下的體育課純粹只是個(gè)形式,只是上下課集合一下,并未教任何有用的東西。我想改變那種現(xiàn)狀,我要讓那些孩子體驗(yàn)到上體育課的樂趣,讓他們?cè)谀欠N應(yīng)試教育的情況下學(xué)會(huì)放松自己,勞逸結(jié)合。為了這個(gè)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),我制定了以下幾個(gè)小目標(biāo):
短期目標(biāo):擴(kuò)展和加強(qiáng)專業(yè)知識(shí),順利拿到籃球裁判證,教師資格證并且走上教師崗位。
中期目標(biāo):在所在的工作單位提出增加體育課的節(jié)數(shù)和體育設(shè)施建設(shè)方案并努力爭(zhēng)取獲得實(shí)施權(quán)。
遠(yuǎn)期目標(biāo):推廣中期目標(biāo),帶領(lǐng)大家發(fā)展全民健身運(yùn)動(dòng),增加公共的體育設(shè)施。
為了這些目標(biāo)和職業(yè)的實(shí)現(xiàn)我必須做到:
1、認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)習(xí)永遠(yuǎn)是第一位的,作為學(xué)生,學(xué)習(xí)好是所有事的本錢,作為大學(xué)生,有了更多的精力和時(shí)間參加更多的活動(dòng),生活固然豐富多彩,但更應(yīng)該重視學(xué)習(xí),處理好學(xué)習(xí)與工作,學(xué)習(xí)與活動(dòng)的關(guān)系。學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)要使自己在知識(shí)和能力上都有進(jìn)步。
2、認(rèn)真的等待專業(yè)知識(shí)與訓(xùn)練:專業(yè)課要學(xué)好,包括術(shù)科、理論、擴(kuò)充課外知識(shí)。這是當(dāng)老師的基本要求。
3、保持良好的交接關(guān)系,這會(huì)成為以后工作的助力,并且朋友可以讓我保持良好心情,而且作為一名老師,一定要學(xué)會(huì)如何與學(xué)生,同事,上級(jí)相處,所以,這很重要。
4、課余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)管理方面的知識(shí)。
“天有不測(cè)風(fēng)云”。如果說(shuō)由于某一環(huán)節(jié)出錯(cuò)導(dǎo)致無(wú)法當(dāng)一名教師,那么我將選擇的第二職業(yè)是:自主創(chuàng)業(yè):開一家兒童服裝店,在鄉(xiāng)下幾乎沒有專門賣兒童服裝的店,那些服裝店只是順帶賣兒童裝,并且款式也很老,隨著生活水平的提高,人們也更加注重穿著打扮了,父母常會(huì)想:“以前自己是個(gè)孩子時(shí)衣服都穿不暖,現(xiàn)在我不但要讓我的孩子穿暖,還要穿好穿漂亮,讓其充滿自信向前奔跑”,現(xiàn)在的兒童裝越來(lái)越漂亮,而且小孩也愛美,所以我認(rèn)為在鄉(xiāng)下開一家兒童服裝店也很有發(fā)展前途。
在15年的職業(yè)發(fā)展追求中,我要充滿自信的去拼搏,去奮斗,不管成功與否,只要曾經(jīng)努力過,就不后悔,我堅(jiān)信:“陽(yáng)光總在風(fēng)雨后”。
